Privacy notice

What this website collects about you, why, where it goes, and what you can ask of me, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Last updated 21 October 2026

Who is responsible

I am responsible for the personal data this site collects: Ar. Xysaiah Zyris Glinoga Pastorfide (Ar. Zyris Pastorfide), a PRC-licensed architect based in Quezon Province, Philippines, practising as Zyris. For anything about your personal data, email me at ar.xzyrispastorfide@gmail.com.

What the site collects, and why

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the type of project and your message. If you write from a project page, the message also notes which project you came from. I use these details to reply to you about your project.

Campaign tags. If you reach the Quezon Province or OFW page through a link with campaign tags (the utm codes in an ad or a shared link), the site keeps those tags in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and sends them with a form message, so I can see which link brought you.

Visits. To deliver the pages, the hosting service processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for.

The site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies, and sets no cookies.

Where your details go

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which serves the pages and runs the contact form.

When you send a message through the form, it is passed to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to my inbox. My inbox is a Gmail account, run by Google.

If you message me on Instagram instead, Meta’s own privacy policy covers that conversation.

How long it is kept

The website itself stores nothing about you. It has no database: a form message is passed on to my inbox, not saved on the site. The campaign tags in your browser are deleted when you close the tab.

Processing outside the Philippines

Vercel, Resend and Google run their servers outside the Philippines, so the details described here are processed abroad, under each company’s own data protection terms.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • be told how your personal data is processed, which is what this notice is for;
  • access the personal data I hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete;
  • have it erased or blocked;
  • object to its processing;
  • get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere (data portability);
  • file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

To use any of these rights, email me at ar.xzyrispastorfide@gmail.com.
